Here is Tori’s recipe for her favourite morning smoothie. Sometimes we add a banana, fresh blueberries, avocado or strawberries too.

Ingredients
  • 1 package Isalean Strawberry or Dairy Free Berry
  • 1 scoop Isagenix Greens
  • ½ teaspoon Carlson's Cod Liver Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Bulletproof Brain Octane
  • 1 dropper Vitamin D3
Instructions
  1. Add to blender, and blend until smooth.
