Prune Plum Jam

Here you go…simple and tasty.

Prune Plum Jam

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds chopped Italian prune plums
  • 4 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Add plums and sugar to a large pot.
  2. Let sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Add lemon juice.
  3. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 35-45 minutes.
  4. If smooth jam is desired, carefully blend with stick blender.
  5. Pour into jars and seal.
