Here you go…simple and tasty.
- 4 pounds chopped Italian prune plums
- 4 cups sugar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Add plums and sugar to a large pot.
- Let sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Add lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 35-45 minutes.
- If smooth jam is desired, carefully blend with stick blender.
- Pour into jars and seal.
