Peach Ricotta Toast

I know, who needs another recipe for toast?

Consider this more of an idea than recipe, an idea you will want to implement at breakfast, maybe even tomorrow morning.

Fresh peaches, creamy ricotta, crunchy sourdough toast and a drizzle of maple syrup.


Get yourself some fresh summer peaches, whole milk ricotta, fresh sourdough bread and good quality maple syrup.

  1. Toast that bread and slather it with good quality butter.
  2. Scoop and spread a nice layer of ricotta on top of bread.
  3. Slice 1/2 of a peach and arrange slices on top of ricotta.
  4. Generously drizzle maple syrup over top.
