Pan Fried Pickerel with Ghee

The only thing better than fresh Manitoba pickerel pan fried in butter is pickerel pan fried in ghee fat.

Here’s how we do it:

Heat ghee in a skillet over medium high heat. Add fillets to pan, fry for approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove from pan, rest on paper towel to drain and season with salt and pepper. Plate and garnish with lemon wedges.
