Be sure to make extra and tuck them away in the freezer for get togethers.
- ½ cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 (300 gram) packages butterscotch chipits
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- Melt butter, peanut butter and chipits in the top of a double boiler. Remove from heat, cool slightly (3-5 minutes). Fold in marshmallows. Spread evenly in a 8x8 inch square pan. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
- Freezes well.
