Iced Turmeric Maca Smoothie

This is so good for you and good tasting.

Delicious & Nutritious

Turmeric is known for having anti-inflammatory properties. Maca is rich in Vitamin B, C, and E, and is great for balancing hormones, boosting energy and is great for overall health. Add some nuts, protein powder and coconut milk and you have a healthy start to your day.

Iced Turmeric Maca Smoothie
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla hemp protein powder
  • 2½ tablespoons turmeric powder
  • 3 tablespoons raw maca powder
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • pinch unrefined sea salt
  • 1" piece of fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups ice
  1. Add all ingredients except ice to your large Vitamix blender container, and blend until smooth. Add ice, and blend until desired consistency is reached.
