It’s that time of year when we may be slightly more inclined to indulge. I’m just coming off of a weekend away (kid-free) and well, I maybe had a few glasses of wine. When I got home, I put together a batch of this, and my body is thanking me.
- 1 meyer lemon, squeezed
- 12-14 ounces water
- pinch unrefined sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon activated charcoal
- ½ teaspoon maple syrup
- Combine in a shaker cup or jar. Enjoy!
