Bulletproof coffee is not your average breakfast. In fact, the whole concept may seem rather foreign to most. I would describe it as a high performance latte that boosts your energy and improves your cognitive function.

Bulletproof Coffee
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon - 2 tablespoons Brain Octane Oil or MCT Oil
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons ghee
  1. Blend and drink while hot.
