Baked Brie with Birch Bacon Jam

Bacon jam and brie…baked.


Make this whenever you want, but its especially delicious when served for Sunday brunch.Baked Brie with Bacon Jam

No complicated recipe here. Just spread a couple of tablespoons of birch bacon jam over a wheel of brie. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Let rest a few minutes before digging in.

For brunch on Sunday, I served this with fresh butter croissants. Of course a freshly baked baguette would be just as delish.
