Bacon jam and brie…baked.
No complicated recipe here. Just spread a couple of tablespoons of birch bacon jam over a wheel of brie. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Let rest a few minutes before digging in.
For brunch on Sunday, I served this with fresh butter croissants. Of course a freshly baked baguette would be just as delish.
