Healthy, quick and delish. This is my new favourite snack.
Halve an avocado, score & scoop out flesh. Add to bowl.
Chop 6 strawberries, add to bowl.
Add 1 sliver (yes I know, so precise) of chopped red onion, and 1 small piece (again, yes I know) of chopped jalapeno.
Squeeze the juice from 1/2 a lime on top. Add sea salt and pepper.
Add chopped cilantro to your hearts content.
Give it a mix and enjoy!!
